Since 1994 we have been committed to raising leaders with Godly wisdom by creating an Eagle environment in designated cities; to attract and mentor leaders. Here leadership as the Spirit of God in governance is valued and taught. Emphasis is not on academic wisdom or historic experience and excellence but APOSTOLIC GRACE in other to create Holy Spirit leadership culture; where leaders as eagles learn to fly and flock. Here vision is cast, incentives given, creativity encouraged, risks allowed and accountability provided

Our Vision is to develop leaders with the capacity to build people in love; transform missionary workers into multi-generational leaders; and turn indigent children into visionary entrepreneurs.

Our assignment is to deploy robust leaders in all spheres, to bringing the kingdom of God into the hearts of their people.

Our goal is to mobilize five billion souls for Christ and create a media workforce to fill the earth with the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
