About Our Program

We are called to impart our students with the knowledge and the influence of the person of the Holy Spirit. We, in effect, raise multi-generational leaders to pursue the generational purpose of the Church; through the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We maintain that it is not about academic leadership but the Holy Spirit- in-governance. The essence of the training program in ILKS is not to raise pastors but to develop leaders endowed with apostolic grace and the capacity to birth generations.

The various courses taught are not to give them 'message' but to transform them with proper values and character, needed to execute the duty of delivering 'The Message of Christ' exactly as it was received. Our programs are not geared towards academic training but transformation of lives by the Holy Spirit. We do not award academic degrees but recognize the degree of transformation and personal development of our students.

STRUCTURE

The first year of studies helps students to build a solid foundation with an in-depth study of such courses as 'Bible Faith', 'Bible Healing', 'Bible Prayer', and 'The Holy Spirit'. Others are 'The Principles of Leadership & Wisdom Studies'.

The second year propels you into your purpose with such courses as 'Advanced Leadership', 'Bible Counseling & Kingdom Studies'. In addition to intensive courses in communications – 'Gospel Communication' and 'Mass Communication' wherein students are given the opportunity to train by writing materials for publication in our leadership magazine – 'Without Walls' and other media outlets.

We supplement the classroom experience with hands-on training and a steady flow of speakers – local and international, in our leadership conferences. When you graduate from ILKS, we are still there to help launch you into your ministry. We hold further training for the graduate members because of our commitment to developing and deploying robust leaders to the body of Christ. This is a 24-month course, tagged 'Train the Trainers for Effective Delivery'. Our alumni services expose our products to modern technology for service delivery and global ministry.
